'The Third Circuit' is set in ultraville - a futuristic city that we've been happily populating with characters and locations, politics and cuisine for several years now.  The city began life as the setting for an old-fashioned tabletop roleplaying game but when eric stumbled upon an amazing tool called 'adventure game studio', well, things changed.

much of the background work we've created won't necessarily factor into the story of 'the third circuit' but i thought it might be nice to put some of it up here for perusal.  of course, i left it all on the computer i left in melbourne, so it won't be here for some time.
